• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• During busy seasons such as Mardi Gras, pageant season, and major holidays, please select the appropriate shipping option to ensure your order arrives in time.

• Choosing the wrong shipping speed may cause delays, and unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect selection.

• Custom crowns, sashes, and trophies require extra processing time before they are shipped. Please keep this in mind when placing time-sensitive orders.

• Processing time is separate from shipping time — for example, a 2-day shipping option does not include the time needed to create or prepare your custom items.

National holidays, severe weather, and natural disasters can all affect carrier timelines. While these delays are beyond our control, we recommend monitoring tracking updates and planning ahead when ordering for important events.
