Because many of our products are custom-made, some items may not qualify for returns or cancellations. If you have questions, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.
Refund Policy - The Basics
At Sassy Crown Co., we want every customer to love their purchase. While we do accept returns on eligible merchandise, some products include optional customizations, which affect whether an item can be returned. Please review the details below before submitting a return request.
Do You Accept Returns?
Yes — we do accept returns on eligible merchandise.
All approved returns will receive store credit only, which can be used toward a future purchase or an exchange.
We do not provide cash refunds.
Stock Crowns
Stock crowns (items without added customization) may be eligible for return if:
They are unworn and unused
Returned in their original condition
Returned within 7 days of delivery
Eligible stock returns will receive store credit only.
Items With Custom Options, Sashes Seasonal, Limited-Edition Crowns
Some items offer optional customization, such as:
Added color accents
Seasonal accent colors
Personalized features
Any item that includes added customizations is final sale and cannot be returned or canceled.
Sashes
Sashes are made to order and are not eligible for returns or cancellations.
Seasonal & Limited-Edition Crowns
Seasonal crowns — including Christmas, Patriotic, Valentine’s, Halloween, and other limited-edition designs — are final sale.
We do not accept returns or cancellations on seasonal crowns.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, crown style, size, or color, eligible items may be returned for store credit, which can then be used toward an exchange.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged.
